We use flat surface cleaners that hold an even distance and pressure across the whole slab, with hot water where it helps, for a uniform finish. Stains that pressure alone will not lift are treated first.

Can pressure washing remove oil stains from concrete?
Usually a great deal of it. We treat the stain before cleaning rather than relying on pressure alone. Oil that has soaked deep into older, porous concrete may not come out completely, and we will say so up front.
Can you remove rust stains from concrete?
Often, yes. Rust from irrigation water, fertiliser or metal furniture generally responds to a targeted treatment. Severity and how long it has been there both matter.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when it is done properly. We use flat surface cleaners that keep pressure even across the slab. Damage usually comes from holding a high-pressure wand too close, which is what leaves arc marks and etching.
How often should a driveway be cleaned?
Once a year keeps most driveways looking right. Shaded driveways and anything under trees collect organic growth faster.
Do you clean pavers and brick as well as concrete?
Yes. Pavers and brick need a gentler touch than a poured slab because of the jointing, so we adjust the method rather than treating it as the same job.
Can you clean a garage floor?
Yes. Garage floors tend to be oil and tyre marks more than organic growth, so they usually involve treatment as well as cleaning.
